• What hours are you open?
9:00 am- 6:00 pm Monday-Saturday
Closed Sunday to allow for Church attendance and family time

• Do you deliver and/or install in and out of town?
Yes, we deliver in and out of town. We also do installing of our appliances and      electronics. Please call for details and pricing.

• Do you haul away old units?
In most cases, as part of our delivery fee, we are able to haul away an old unit.

• Do you service electronics?
Service on electronics is done by local repair shops. We suggest: Romero's TV      (575-434-8989) or Claxton's ( 575-437-7040)

• Do you service appliances?
Service on appliances is done by local repair shops. We suggest: Appliance      Service Co. (ASC) at (575-437-8009)

• My new equipment is not working properly, can you help?
We have phone representatives available to help troubleshooting at no change. We can also send out our Certified Installation Representatives. Please contact store for details and pricing.

• I need parts for my appliance, do you have a way to get them?
Yes, we have a toll free parts hotline that with a brand and model number can send most any appliance part directly to your home. Parts Hotline number: 886-326-2977
