As we have the ability to list over one million items on our website (our selection changes all of the time), it is not feasible for a company our size to record and playback the descriptions on every item on our website. However, if you have a disability we are here to help you. Please call our disability services phone line at 575-437-2539 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

DELIVERY POLICY

We are committed to delivering your order to your complete satisfaction with all professional, well-trained personnel.

STANDARD DELIVERY

EZ TV and Appliance will drop off items in the original cartons in the garage. If you desire haul away of your appliance with our standard delivery, we require that it be placed in the garage with a clear path for removal. Haul-away fee of $15 per piece.

DELUXE DELIVERY

EZ TV and Appliance will move existing items to another location inside the home or haul away (excluding built-in items, unless un-installed) on a one-for-one basis.
EZ TV and Appliance will unbox and hook-up new, free-standing items. We will also haul away cartons and packaging. New hook-ups must be purchased to complete proper installation.

To ensure you have the best delivery and installations experience possible, our delivery professionals are trained to follow a 11-point checklist for every EZ TV and Appliance Deluxe Delivery.

  • Convenient scheduling, notifications
  • Pre-install walkthrough of delivery path & install site with customer
  • Home protection of thresholds, walls, floors as needed
  • Remove existing appliances
  • Professionally install new appliance
  • Ensure the appliance is level & doors are aligned
  • Haul away all appliance packaging materials
  • Test operation of unit and all applicable connections
  • Demonstrate use of product with customer
  • Post-install product and delivery path walkthrough with customer
  • Document and act on any customer concerns
