Very good fridge/freezer so far. The adjustable temperature is nice and the freezer will get as cold as a big deep freezer.

Works perfectly and is easy to operate. Matches the other Frigidaire appliances in our kitchen. Hopefully this one lasts 21 years like the other one. Frigidaire has been a great investment for our family. We appreciate the quality and we can count on the dependability.

Dishwasher worked fine for almost 3 years. Then we noticed that the heating coil was warped and had melted the plastic arm. We had a technician come out and replace the heating coil and the plastic arm. Two months later, the same thing happened, except this time, the heating coil was pressed against the basin of the dishwasher and completely burned a hole in the bottom of the dishwasher. I came back from walking the dog late at night to a kitchen full of water. Called Frigidaire and instead of replacing this defective machine, they only can offer a simple discount on a brand new one. Extremely disappointing customer experience. Based on the other reviews I see on here, this seems to be a common problem and Frigidaire should recall this product.

Purchased this new from Lowes for a new home. Frigidaire Dishwasher FFID2426TS5A (Lowes was wonderful) Frigidaire was a train wreck. Since the unit was purchased more than 30 days prior, we had to go through Frigidaire customer service and their repair service. After almost a month, I had to purchase a new dishwasher and install it so the home buyer would have a working dishwasher in their new home. Still waiting for parts and resolution. The service company was so slow, Frigidaire's service was a mess, and they had almost no communication or idea what their service contractor was doing (Frigidaire scheduled one appointment and the service provider rescheduled it almost immediately via text), lol. Two weeks for the tech to look at it, Then two weeks after the tech looked at it, still no parts or communication back to me. No timeframe for repair and the house is closing for a new buyer.I would have had the part mailed and installed it myself. But two weeks after a tech looked at it, they could not tell me what parts the tech had even requested. Then when I contacted the service company and complained, wanting something done, the service vendor advised I was being rude (darn right I'm upset but not profane or anything. Just explaining I have to have something done) They threatened to cancel the warranty claim, Never again Frigidaire!

Our fridge/freezer broke...slowly. The food in the freezer was getting soft. We needed a fridge quickly. This one was available, reasonably priced, cooled quickly, and saved our food! It does have wire shelves instead of glass, which is fine with me.

I Purchased this dishwasher 2 years ago, it worked fine until it didn't!. I put on my dishwasher as usual last night and woke to my dog was barking at 12:30am. There was a horrible smell of burning plastic in my kitchen, which was coming from the dishwasher. The arm had come loose and was stuck to the heating element, smoke and steam billowed out of the dishwasher when I opened it. Of course it is out of warranty so Frigidaire gave me the number of a technician to come out and look at the dishwasher at MY expense and then they would give me 20% off parts if needed. Quite honestly I wouldn't trust this dishwasher again, I certainly will never start the dishwasher at bedtime and upon reading reviews other people have had this same issue. Shame on Frigidaire for not taking this more seriously, there should be a recall on this dishwasher. I hate to think what could have happened if my dog hadn't woken us up. I would add images if I could but it wont let me do it.

I love the dishwasher it's just that noone else in my family can figure out how to use it. The buttons are at the top and you must press start before shutting it. It's very very quiet and I love that! It does take sometime to go through a cycle but overall I really like it. It's very sleek!

It is a bit noisy often and doesn™™t have a solid back on it. It seems like thick aluminum foil. Perhaps a solid back would decrease the sound level.

Home builder installed this dishwasher. It is utterly cheap and garbage. The carts fall off the tracks all the time. Cannot pull out either tray without it coming off. The wheels and tracks are bent, and it is is complete garbage. We will be replacing every single FRIGIDAIRE appliance in our home.

The control panel on this dishwasher went out after exactly 15 months. They want $400 to repair. I do not recommend this product. It is lousy that such a major component goes out exactly 3 months after the warrantee expires. I would expect a major part in an appliance to last longer than that. It seems a control panel is defective if it goes out that quickly. I am very disappointed in Frigidaire. (I have included a photo of my serial number/product part to show this is legitimate)

The touch panel for this dishwasher fades and/or peels off, so hopefully you remember what each button is or perhaps avoid this unit. It performs quite solidly as a dishwasher and only one issue with broken glass clogging the filter in the first 6 mos or so - (covered by warranty)

Home Builder installed this for my home. It broke down after 15 months of usage. I use it 2-3x a week. This only comes with a limited 1 yr warranty. I hired a technician to come service it and he said the control panel is faulty which will cost $320 to replace for parts/labor. At this point, I might as well buy a new dishwasher. But the "10 years" dishwasher life is a lie. Very unsatisfied as I am now needing to buy a new dishwasher for my new home. Attached a picture of my serial number to prove it is not spam.

The dishwasher does the job and looks nice. However the racks inside are very light weight and the lower one comes off and onto the door of the dishwasher and then doesn™™t slide back into place very smoothly.

After moving in to our new home my wife went to use the dishwasher, but it didn't seam to work correctly. I spoke to the Frigidaire representative and she scheduled a service technician to come by and check it out, he found that it was a issue with the hard water in our community. He fixed the problem that caused the pump to be seized up and it was ready for us to use again, we have since had a water treatment system installed on our house and there are no more issues. The dishwasher is working great without any problems. Dishwasher cleans the dishes very good and my wife is very happy with it.
