We have wanted to switch to gas for our stovetop for sometime. This gas cooktop fit the space we had and we are thrilled with it. The 5 burners are nice to have. Each one heats a different way, so it gives us many options based upon what we are cooking. Plenty of room to have for pans cooking different things a one time. Very happy with this product.

We™™ve enjoyed the cooktop. The middle burner is a nice feature. We had to adjust the flame since it was very strong. That™™s easy to do with a small screw driver. The adjustment for it is under the knobs.

1st cooktop was installed, and my wife sensitive nose smelled gas. Installer was not able to find or smell the leak. Started cooking and the flame jumped from one burner to the other with a flash and bang.Frigidaire authorized a replacement, and this one is a 5 star cooktop.The first one should have been tested better.

Stove does not have any type of indicator mentioning the stove is turned on. It is very easy to turn on the stove and forget about it.

We just moved into a new house and have been using this cooktop for a little over a month. So far, the burners are very powerful and it's been nice and spacious for cooking.Cleaning it has been a different story. The knobs don't come off, so when trying to wipe them down, I often end up inadvertently turning the gas on. Also, the black tops of the gas part stain very easily. I don't cook that much, but there are already burnt on stains that are almost impossible to remove (have used Bar Keep's friend, Bon Ami, Method Degreaser, Mrs. Meyer, and baking soda to try and remove, to no avail).

A gas smell keeps coming from our cooktop and we™™re forced to keep the valve closed or else have an open gas leak in our house. The warranty process is a joke and has not resolved this issue.

We purchased this cooktop as a replacement for our 12 year old Kenmore glass top which was also made by Frigidaire. My wife is very pleased with its overall appearance and functionality with five burners and the control knobs positioned at the front. Unlike on the old cooktop, the burners are sealed so no spills would get under the stainless steel top.

We purchased our new home that had this product installed. We enjoyed it for over a year with no issues until one of the knobs broke. The knobs come off/on very easily. As I have seen in other reviews here, the knobs seem to be cheap plastic. When I called customer service there was nothing they could do for me as it was greater than a year (no longer under warranty). I inquired as to why the price of a knob was almost $60 + shipping cost? The customer service representative refuted me with, "Well I have seen knobs go for a lot more than that." I am utterly upset at the quality of the knobs and the customer service that Frigidaire produces.

We bought this cooktop to replace an electric cooktop. We love it!! Only negative is that the rubber pads on the bottom of the grates come off. We called to get more and we were told that it would be $43.00 for replacements!!!! It is still under warranty! NOT HAPPY!!!!! Appears that it is a manufacturing defect!

We are so glad to have replaced our older gas cooktop with this one. The contiguous grates make it easy to move pots, and the center burner is quite versatile on reduced heat. The unit burners came perfectly adjusted, and for some reason (perhaps added grate height above the flame) the units cook quickly and evenly, actually speeding up cooking time. A great value, and easy installation.

Although I love how the cooktop cooks, the sealed burners have developed a 'Yellow stain' around them. It's only a few months old. I am unable to get this off and am not certain what cleaning product to use that will not damage the surface. I've tried everything I can think of with no luck. It's only a few months old and looks like it's 20 years old already. I did not have this problem with my last cooktop, which was, in fact, 18 years old.

Switching from our old JennAire to this gas cooktop was a great buy. We wanted more burners, and we got 5 instead of 2 dedicated to cooking and the other dedicated to grill area. With this cooktop, you have 4 burners for various pot sizes and ahuge burner in the middle for those large pots. And the price? Incredibly reasonable! We bought ours at Lowe's, and it was on sale and our installation was done quickly considering the installer shortage that was going on.

Could be a great appliance if delivered unbroken. It was packaged in original sealed package. 2 of he cast iron peaches were broken when I took them out of the package. I contacted the company. they claimed in November that pieces would be ordered from Frigidaire. Have not received anything yet. Not a happy! customer

We have a brand new build and we had all knobs of our stove top crack and break off completely. These knobs are so expensive to replace we might as well get a different stovetop all together! This can't be normal, I'm so irritated because every time we have to cook now we only have one -two knobs that work and we have to be so careful to turn o the stove because im afraid the cracks will cause a break in the one we have left.

Purchased 4 new Gallery appliances and not a good experience. The refrigerator came first, and it had a defective door bearing. The replacement came and it had a dent in door. Replacement door came it also dented, waiting for another. The microwave had a dim light that was on all the time. New panel ordered and replaced. That didn't work now the lights didn't work inside. Another panel came in and it was dented. the tec removed the board from the dented and installed in one of the other one and that solved the problem. The double oven the racks bind not easy to change shelves. The cook top has a slight scratch but at this point I gave up.
