The shelf space is small and not deep so I worry about the food sliding out when I open the doors .There is only one "bucket" at the bottom but it isn't very high so even if you stack the food it can slide out.

Seems to be a great freezer so far. The only cons I have are; there is no thermometer anywhere, there is plenty of room for a 2nd basket, and the overhead light has never worked, even after trying a new bulb. We are now waiting for a whole new freezer

It has great room for all your frozen foods to stock up on. The only thing I don't like about it is when you go to open the door, the door is stuck closed and the refrigerator rolls toward you as you pull more.

We were looking for a large freezer to replace an older one that was no longer working. This freezer was garage ready, on sale and slate grey. We were not expecting to get a color, but it was actually cheaper than an equivalent white. Love the color and impressed with how quiet it is.

We liked this freezer even more when we brought it home! We love the amount of space it has, which is enough for us to not pack it full and lose track of items. But the best feature is the fantastic light that shows the interior very well when you open the door

It's a very basic, no frills large upright freezer with valuable features and no gimmicks. I like that things will stay frozen in the event of a 2 Day power loss and that it is "garage" friendly. The "garage" ready is an ability for the freezer to operate properly when located in area with large temperature changes, not a statement as to the exterior being extra durable. I do like the look of the door, but the metal skin is very thin and very easy to ding, so do protect it if you want it to stay nice looking - what you would expect these days for this big of a freezer at this price. I ordered direct from Frigidaire on a Sunday, Monday was President's day, and it was delivered into my garage in perfect condition Tuesday before 10:00AM - amazing service! So far it's holding temp just fine.

I received my upright freezer on Monday and noticed 1 of the 4 glass shelf clips was broken. I've been calling for the past 2 days to get a replacement but no one seems to be helpful. Everyone wants different things, one rep wanted me to take pictures of the broken product, another wanted the serial number, another wanted me to get the manual and give them the part number (I did not receive any part manual for this product) and the rep couldn't find the manual on his end.I spent over 30 mins last night on the phone with someone who then ended the call at 8pm when the office closed. I'm considering returning the appliance due to the lack of customer service. All I want is a glass shelf replacement, how hard is it to get in contact with someone who can help me?Hopefully someone can see this review and help me or the product will be returned and I will take my business elsewhere.

It™™s larger than I remember and I absolutely love it. Have to move stuff in my garage for it to fit the way I want it to, but I don™™t mind at all. Got super cold within about 60-90 minutes. Absolutely beautiful. Would buy another if I had room!
